Have you already entered this on at least one other forum? This shows up on a google search, you know.
"Mettre sur l'autel" is used for offerings placed on the altar, not for a marriage. I also, perhaps erroneously, think of Aztec human sacrifices whose blood is going to run over an altar.
"Un chien désireux l’eau" is ungrammatical; it just does not work.
"Tu aurais pu lui garder son amour." oh, crikey: I just don't know where to start trying to explain what is wrong with this.
